What is the BoD thinking? ION is all but done due to the CEO and the Engineering Department. The CEO is ultimately accountable for what you are reading in this string of posts, but the Board continues to let him prosper financially. Tactically, Engineering cannot figure out the solutions to Calypso, but of course they are all still there. Strides to get better were made 1 and 2 years ago, with some new hires and a reinvigoration of their quality system. All these folks are gone already, so there is no hope. Alas.
