Bad for HP's clients, even worse for the employees.

There was an article this week from Business Insider about how HP is in the process of renegotiating contracts of some workers that were sent to Ciber. Anyone know if HP is also doing the same thing with people sent to Modis/Adecco, in the States and in Canada?
I was dumped to Adecco and I am a teleworker. My supervisor was forced to Adecco also and then quit. My new super is also Adecco.
I am surprised by the management shakeup and transfer.
You could see that only effort HP put in this is gathering all the like minded evil thinkers in one room and having them come up with an idea where HP saves money (payroll, benefits and severance pay) and tries to come out looking like they care (offering a job at Ciber). HP doesn't mention how BAD the Ciber offers are. They also don't mention that they will basically fight you from getting unemployment if you turn down the crappy offer. Oh, and you have a puny 48 hours to decide even if you want the offer!! Also, HP doesn't even want people to know how many employees were affected by this. It was asked many times and they refuse to give an answer. ALso -- and I couldn't believe this --- they instructed some leaders on various non affected accounts to read a PREPARED statement to say what happened ith HP/Ciber, but they REFUSED any questions...much like communist Russia did/does. What a disgrace!!
they will be dumping more to Indian majors like Tata consulting and InfoSys. Watch and see.
All you have to do is look at the top dogs at Ciber and I am sure if we looked in Adecco and modis to see that most are "former" HP executives and then realize these moves have been planned for a long time and designed to achieve a bottom line on the backs of the ones who made this company great.

we have been trying to get new employees hired and talk about bottom of the barrel picks.... so far most cannot pass background checks and drug tests... what a mess.
Adecco is the worse, I can tell you that from my own experience. You are just a number and disposable at any point in time.
