Why did ECMC form Zenith Education Group in September of 2014 with help from the DOE? Why iis Zenith Education Group a dot org and not a dot edu company? Why was Zenith's application for a registered trademark denied? Why did Dave Hawn refuse to rebrand Everest and WyoTech knowing those brands are associated with the criminal investigation of Corinthian Colleges? Why did Dave Hawn bring over Rick Simpson and the rest of the CCi upper management that are involved in the criminal investigation? Why is the enrollment agreement the students sing identical to Corinthians? Why is Zenith still doing predatory recruiting? Why are Zenith's policies and procedures the same as Corinthians? Why are the executive board members high paid employees of ECMC and not of an educational background? Education Credit Management Corporation and the Federal Department of Education are committing the biggest fraud of the American tax payer in history and everyone receiving a pay check from Zenith Education Group is part of the fraud.
