they can't lay me off as I am worth too much to the company and they respect that.

Closing the facilities and selling cameron buildings, remember the property Cameron bought near Westchase for the "campus" yep that now belongs to SBJ. Hell your pencil now belongs to SBJ. And there will probably be some side sales of pieces of Cameron that SBJ doesn't want.
