How is arnold a manager? I mean I know it took her 13 years and 49 interviews so I guess there was just literally nobody left...but I just want to say it out loud again, "how is arnold a manager?" She is even fit for the drive-thru window...

The "manager" word in it's truest definition is an over statement with EDMC...ethical? If they were they were they would not be in an oversight position. Any one with real skills have left or trying to leave but cannot take a pay cut; therefore, they will ride out the EDMC Kool-Aid until it is cutoff, period. Otherwise stop the whining you shits! All leadership is terrible here. There are a few who are really nice and try their best, but most are ass kissing, self centered assholes. The only way you get to that level of employment is to f*** your way to the top(we all know who that is: One certain AUO Manager and one certain AI VP) or be a douche bag like everyone else there in a position of authority.

Peters at AUO was the only good manager but he's been gone for a while. As of now there are NO strong leaders at AUO.

JR once admitted in an email that he likes having his but kissed. That just gives you an idea of what his "leadership" is all about. He's a poor excuse for a human. Yes, extremely unethical and unprofessional.

I'm just glad my last day is Friday. Working with Winsky turned me into someone I didn't want to be. I never experienced such a bad leader. Winsky cares nothing about the people that work under him. I had to become his clone just to keep my job. I'm so sorry everyone. I can't wait to get out of this office so that I can start feeling human again. Winsky's lack of ethics is about to catch up to him.

In case anyone can't figure out who Winsky is..... It's JRinsky, Career Services VP. Has single handedly created a hostile work environment in every single campus that he oversees. He is the lowest of the low - dishonest, unethical, and couldn't be a DoCS e-v-e-r. He has no idea as to how to train and develop Career Services personnel, as he lacks the skills needed to be an ethical, honest, and effective Director of Career Services. The fact that EDMC still is employing him tells the rest of the story. Apparently EEOC complaints and discrimination lawsuits don't bother CS at all, and as long as they get close to the numbers needed to maintain accreditation and they don't care who is in charge of the program as long as they can stay open. I doubt that they will be able to meet the GE numbers needed, so eventually JR will be unemployed. Can't come too soon, that's for sure.

Every manager there is incompetent. Literally the worst management team ever assembled. Not one person qualified to be in the role. But everyone already knew that, vis a vis rapidly declining enrollment. Look no further than the clusterf*** numbers and you'll see the truth as clear as day.

The letter home: Dear mom, life is really teriffic here at EDMC. You would really be proud of your little spawn. Just to let you know we learned robo calling just like we used to do with the microsoft scam. It is very effective especially with the students who haven't gone to law school and have't learned to do due dilligence yet. You see some of these students were brought up with morals and are stupid enough to believe educators have morals. Well, it's back to the boiler room. See you next time I'm able to get out to Riker's Island. Ask around and see if any of the convicts want to take online courses to obtain certificates in money management or even want to work here. This guy Winsky tells me I need to meet my quota and he's a big a-hole.

The worse is Winsky at CS. He has single handedly created a hostile working environment for career service departments across the system. Those of us that work directly under him experience the snide, condescending, and down right insensitive comments he makes all the time. The man has got to be the worse leader across all brands.
