Any updates here, I hear that Q1 will be really though, I hope that we will not have cuts but you never know. Last time they hit in January, I just hope this will not repeat next year. I've seen a lot of attrition in our IT group, now that job market is picking up things will be hard to control as people will be leaving on their own, and nobody will be waiting for even more layoffs and all that uncertainty that will follow. Do not get me wrong, I love General Dynamics, I've worked here for more than 10 years but some things that I see now are making me concerned.
