If you're still so stupid you can't see why millions of taxpayers, former students, and friends and family ruined by this place want it shut down, make a sample resume or use one that exists out there and try applying for jobs with ITT Tech as the source of 'education' and no direct job experience like most fresh graduates are going to experience any day now.. See for yourself why even Charmin toilet paper has more utility and value compared to a home printed ITT Diploma.

860 C'mon now not completely true. It'll come in handy at the bottom of the bird cage, if you happen to have one. Mine was Heald.
269- Apparently the truth hurts. There are hundreds of thousands of former students who are in the same boat that I am, the reason I have the 'attitude' I do is because I know that I am not alone. I graduated at the top of my class, doesn't mean anything if the school reputation is so terrible you can't get a job. You're nuts if you think anything I've said here is just my own personal grudge against this school. No - I speak for thousands who have experienced the same systematic, predatory damage due to the greedy con artists who run the place.
974- WOW!!!!! You have some serious issues besides ITT. I do know about student debt little man............... It might do you some good to listen to lectures, you might learn a thing or two. But hey little man the world does need those people that flip our burgers. Keep going with that horrible attitude and see where it gets you in life. Suck it up little man time to grow up and quit crying and saying poor little me...... I will bet that you never even finished and you had poor grades and now you are crying wolf. So you mean to tell me that you had NO CLUE what the school cost??????? You didn't read your paperwork?????? Then I suggest you go back to school and take an accounting class and English this way next time you will know how much the school cost and you can read what you are signing.
475 - Please, spare me the BS. The only way he is going to pay off that debt is pouring $2000 a month for a decade towards it. If he lives with mommy and daddy and can afford that, I guess it is a 'solution' but not really a good one. It is a colossal waste of money and for the same amount he could have gone to Harvard or MIT. He hasn't even seen any of the burden and fallout from attending, until he does none of us dealing with that want to hear lectures from you about something you don't know about yet. There is a good reason why this company has an F BBB rating and dozens of websites full of complaints about all aspects of their business practices. There is a good reason they are being sued by half the nation's attorney generals and multiple arms of the government. They ARE eventually going to be shuttered, tens of thousands of former students like me are doing their best daily to make it happen.
558 - That's really rude for you to call him that and you don't even know him. I not sure how old you are, but you sound very immature and have a horrible view on things. You really need to start having a more positive attitude. If for any reason he loses his job, which can happen at anytime then he goes and looks for another one. No problem, it happens to people everyday, it's happened to me and my husband. I have taught my children that when you make certain choice's in life good or bad, you must live with those choices. No if's and's or but's about it. I've always tired to tell my children always be as positive as you can, don't be around people who are always negative it will bring you down. As you say wait about 5 years, will in 5 years from now if for whatever reason he loses his job, he now has more experience and can move on to the next job. I do wish you good luck in your future goals and hope you are making short and long term goals, this is also one of many things I have taught my children.
246- He's an idiot. There are a lot of people with his same views that just haven't had the experience yet to see what a sucker they got played for. Wait about 5 years and he will be singing a totally different tune. Any job paying $100k today will be outsourced as soon as the company brass gets any hint of a buyout or wants to give themselves a bonus.
I am a she. Yes he will do fine and yes it is a big bill, but this was his choice. My son does not believe in what we call your traditional college, he says it is a rip off the basic classes you have to take is dumb in his opinion and I agree. He was accepted to Texas A&M, but did not want to go. Listen, I have worked with many Engineers, some from great colleges and all have told me, what they studied in their 4 years of college is completely different when they start working in the field and each one has had to accommodate and learn from other Engineers where they work at, Basically, each job is different. My son was offered over $100,000.00 a year and when he is ready he is going to consolidate his school loans. Yes school is very expensive and he knew that going into it. My question to you is when you started ITT and you sat down and went over all the paperwork and they told you how expensive it was going to be why did you then sign, knowing you might or might not get a job? Listen, there are no promises in life and if anyone tells you otherwise they are lying.
How do you know it was a she? All it shows is that the enormous bills haven't starting coming in yet. If he's making less than $80,000 a year he is not going to be paying it off under the standard 10 year and income based means the balance will grow forever and he'll get hit with a bill down the road for the full amount from the IRS after paying for half his life.
I think she just made it clear that he'll do fine. Most people who graduate do much better than people who drop or fail.
They don't teach engineering. If you mean electrical engineering good luck paying off the enormous loans.
My son graduated recently from ITT, he got a Bachelors of Science in Engineering and was offered two jobs before graduation and he took one of the jobs and pay him very well. Yesterday the career service lady for ITT called him and there is a company that was to interview him this month. It's been pretty good for him.
Remember now, the clock is ticking - you got about 3 months before you get that bill in the mail demanding $1300/month.
