SYNTEL COO Is going on leave for personal reasons for 6 - 8 weeks. This will happen in late Dec' 2015. It seems his leave is for the marriage of him immidiate relative - which is getting approved for 6-8 weeks. Poor employees don't get leave for more than 3 weeks for their own marraige.
