I am getting tired of hearing "business as usual" rhetoric and "keep doing what you're doing..." This company is f#$ked! The people that are being retained are all part of the "good 'ol boy" club. They will be left with a shit load of work as people leave. HCL stock is falling apart and IBM is planning on dropping them due to poor service and long resolution times. Just wait until R is on the cutting edge of defining their next level of expectations, and working to exceed them.
