At MKS the management simply does not know how to or care about properly managing professionals. There is a ton of huge egos that fill out the room and suck all the oxygen out. I am yet to meet any happy people working for this company. CEO has a limited to non-existent strategic vision and whatever the plan is, the execution is so bad that all of the results in new products that simply do not sell. Now, there is a ton of talk about layoffs in Q1 2016, since I left in Spring 2015 I cannot give you more info here.

I just got laid off there myself after only 4 months on the job. The place is utter chaos with new products not working and way behind schedule. I was very bored everyday because no one knows how to forecast demand. They painted a rosey picture during my interview about all the work coming. Then when I got in there , there was NO work.
