the oil industry in calif.. has been gone for years. why orange hasn't been shut down and moved is a puzzle. if the corp. boys do shut it down it would take at least a year to do.

You never know. If this down turn will take long, moving NOV Orange is cost saving. 10 mil is a drop in a bucket, and all those new equipments will be moving to new location

This year, NOV Orange already put in 10 million dollars into new machines and building investment. Also Orange Director still has his son working there. He won't let it down. Don't worry about closure. For sure, there will be more layoff before Thanksgiving.

Don't listen to this clown. NOV orange will for sure have more layoffs but it will not close. Too much money has been invested in the plant. And no one makes product as well as orange does!

Be ready. Layoffs will also hit NOV orange CA. There have been talks about closing orange CA. Decision seems to be leaning more towards closure. Will report back once we hear something more concrete on this.
