It once was a company that believed in the Becton values. A company that once actually cared for the employees, the employees that built and made BD what it is today. Now, we don’t even recognize it. The new executive “leadership” could not care less about the employees. Through their actions of the past few years, it is quite apparent that they do not value long time employees over 40. For all of their talk about values and ethics they need to practice what they preach.
