I don't work in IT but have worked closely with many in this horrible situation. I know that a lot of people outside the IT department are watching this forum and disappointed in the outsourcing decision. There's no way we'll get the same level of service and attention that we're accustomed to. Thank you very much for all the hard work! I won't be far behind you all because a Bigger Better Bolder BD is not one that appreciates the dedicated professionals employed there.

BD doesn't care that your customer experience will be wretched. I've been to Flakes and everyone there is used to a subpar network and slow response time they've just gotten used to it and you will get used to it too. BD doesn't seem to mind that time is money, they don't see the big picture, they see a quick bottom line. As someone else commented, in a few years they will realize the huge mistake they have made or they might not realize it and will continue to bleed money in the form of time.

BD bit off more than they can chew. Just give it a couple years for them to mess it up! I'll be watching.
