I'll tell you what we need. We certainly need much better operating and organized regional management - we need it now, not later. That level (at least in WNY) needs to embrace the new culture - that's a must, no discussion here. I have not seen that demonstrated at all. Tired of the Lincare management style of bullying or just ignoring person/problem.
