177172... You are on point. This individual is constantly bad mouthing the Dallas Campus because they are unhappy with leadership. Sometimes in life, we have to pick our battles.... be grateful to have a job. If you are unhappy..... move on. We all have invested years in this company but one of the most important thing in life is HAPPINESS. If you are not happy then it's time for you to move on. Lastly, maybe you are the problem.
112, I spent almost 14 years with Wyotech and enjoyed what I did. When it was decided to reduce the force I was not given a choice. The biggest regret I have was turning down a great opportunity a year ago because I hoped things would get better. After taking two months off to do some things I wanted to do I accepted a new job. I still sometimes wish I would have taken the other job last year because it was a better opportunity. Don't pass up a good opportunity if one comes your way. The best opportunities seem to come while you're still employed.
429: Leaving is easier said than done. Two things: First I like what I do. Second, I spent too much time with the company to just pick up and go. Just because I think the president is incompetent, that doesn't mean I should leave. As for the god comment... No comment.

Pleas disregard any answer you receive on this post. The only people who would know are the RVPOs and the ECMC management team. If you're truly concerned about the future of your campus, then you should seek other employment, but you may want to look outside this industry. Either Google what's happening with other career schools or read some of the posts from other companies on this site.
