It's uncertain everywhere and Aleris is no exception, but overall this is a great company to work for and do not worry about layoffs. All what you need to do is to focus on your work and you will be fine. Let the executive management lead, I have good opinion about their performance and we'll be just fine. It's not easy to do any kind of business and we'll see what 2016 brings
