Thread regarding Zenith Education Group layoffs

Brandon is going down fast

Excellent instructors RIFD recently, the Dean who kept us going just resigned, the brand new Nursing PD just resigned as well as nursing faculty, terribly few new starts, programs not being enrolled in and others that will die as a result of poorly planned RIFs and a lifeless idiot for Campus President we all can't stand( great hire Sam Lynn, your incompetent ITT girlfriend is killing this campus quicker than CCi did)

90% of academics is looking for other jobs, most of career services, FA and all admissions. Staff and managers alike.

Such a great campus is now a great shame. Hawn if you're smart fire Sam and Morticia aka Michelle then beg the Dean if he would consider to come back and you may salvage it. BUT this clearly is not about being smart. Nothing you have done could be considered smart. Wait, you fired Stiglich. One for you. He was an idiot too. But then you kept Kim Dean. None for you.

229: You are so right! Lack of leadership is evident in the Dallas campus as well. The starts pool is drying out here as well. Thank god for the homeless and the VA students. Everyone here is on the edge waiting for the next round of RIF's. As for the RVPO's, they are just standing on the sidelines collecting easy and lots of money every paycheck!

Another post from the dean himself. What a piece of cramp here. What are you complaining about. You left on your own, before you got fired for being a piece of garbage. The only thing worse than your terrible attire was your work ethic and knowledge. No one wants you back, not the students, none of us instructors, and good riddance to the other garbage that is also leaving (nursing) I'm tired of them in our space and constantly notching because now they have to be accountable.

When management starts bailing out you know the end is near. That is the most obvious sign that things are coming to an end.

Unfortunately, the damage is done, there will not be any turnarounds. The lead pool is dry and the type of students that you need to attract are avoiding you like the plague.

Yet more examples of the dearth of effective leadership that has been the norm for many, many years. It is very much the same situation at the Tampa school, too. The focus shifted from starts to placements which was needed but for 6 months the lead pool has been allowed to dry up and NOW they are panicking because they are losing too much money? Brilliant strategy! With population so low and nothing to grow emrollments means continued losses well into the next year. Are Hawn, Dean, and the circus of RVPOs really going to be patient enough to invest and rebuild the business? Guess we will wait for the next big RIF in December to find out...

OP: For a minute I thought you were talking about the Dallas campus. The president is also an idiot who was brought back after he was fired back in 2112.
