No reason given, and based on past reviews and most recent performance evaluations was doing excellent. As I was told by my former manager.....months before this....the impressions people have about you are more important than what you really do. Well I guess that must be true....for instead of keeping someone who drove great employee engagement and someone who people liked working for and drove great results I should have been more focused on showing up late every day and leaving early if coming in at all ...for that is who you keep a job there.

Wow, that is cold. ADP did similar thing to me, but I was not on vacation. Guess they like to fire people over the phone.
