1 week for every completed year with a min of 11weeks not sure of the upper cap.
One week per year of service remains the severance package. Not sure of the capping.
I left in 2006, it was something like 1 week for every year of service, it was capped at 26 weeks. It's been almost 10 years, so take this info with a grain of salt. Hopefully someone else can chime in here.
