Heard some big changes coming to these two groups very soon. That's all I know.
It already does not look good if 2nd 3rd level managers giving input. I'd rather have the SSL4 crap again if it means managers are also cut.

OP here. this is no rumor. as flm I was consulted about the reports and how we to prioritize projects with reduced headcount. don't have more specifics about how many and when other than we have to meet this year's target according to group gm. may be different for other groups because I know other managers in peg are hiring externally too and even allowed mid year promotions
posting here because bk and hr need to be confronted in open forums about these cowboy antics under meritocracy scam. I already lost a good engineer to the SSL 4 crap and now there will be more guilt and helplessness for Christmas. save this meritocracy for the grade 10+ with their fat paychecks and golden parachutes and let the engineers focus on work. bk and mcm must be shitting gold to deserve the multimillion payouts
