If you are a new Senior Manager, you will be soon swallowed up by internal comments against you from your smiling, superficially friendly peers or other MDs, who will write things about you that you will never ever get a chance to see or rebut. The company is great but there internal disease eating up the organization and reducing their competitiveness. All we can say is "watch out" because you are never given a chance to defend yourself nor given an opportunity for improvement. You may feel like a valuable employee, but it fades too fast - without your knowledge.

Low rating given employees are said to resign forcefully.. They just conduct PIP program just for the sake of formalities. This company is really bad , no care for there employee.. Prefer other option than Accenture.
rating system depends upon only one person..if u r good in ur skills dont join accn if u r good in politics and dont know anything.pls join accn..hey dont care for their employees.............this company will bvanished in 10 years if senior staff will be so incompetent..........
Nothing wrong about that, it's competitive
+1, folks here are super aggressive from a career enhancement side, anybody in any situation will walk over dead bodies if that's going to move them a notch up. This is by design.
