St. Louis lost 8 positions, including asst GM, LP mgr, Gift Galleris mgr, visual mgr (hourly visual role now), 2 clerical, 1 engineering and 1 alterations. Terrible loss. :(

yet the company claimed that no customer service positions were going.. another lie from Karen katz. there is nothing you can put below her
Who is left to run the store? I feel sorry for the General Manager and remaining store personnel who are left to pick up the pieces, lift a plummeting moral and do the manual labor only to be line for future cuts after the Holiday work has been done.
