No they don't.
Actually, Shell offers the best retirement package, severance package, and pay of any of the oil companies.
We get 2 weeks pay per year of Service. I thought Shell got more than that.
at least you got a retirement package.
these packages cost money (cash) and that is something these companies don't have in the current market conditions. most of other operators are not offering early retirement right now.
