Better advice to HP employees that may get laid off or terminated soon. If you see abuse, document it. They may not be focusing on you today, but if they're allowed to abuse your colleagues, they're allowed to abuse you, too. It's just a matter of time. The only way you survive this intact is to act together. Clearly, the company isn't acting in your best interest. You must assert what you know is right. If asked, speak up. Again, it's a matter of time before you're the long tenured employee who they think is too well paid. Being quiet is not the same as being safe. Finally, find another job. HP has no future.
