HP HR is not there to protect your job, they are there to recruit and protect the company. And if you have a problem here in HP they are going to side with management and navigate the situation so the company can not be sued. HP HR will help a good employee navigate a raise (maybe) but if your a squeaky wheel have a bad manager complain too much forget hoping HR will be in your corner. They will not push back against the bosses they are not there for you!
