Mark so thought he was safe, but little did he know that Ed was replacing him as well! We should have known that something was up when Fossil went from Outlook 2K10 to Google??? All or part of the doing of Chris Botello. Those dumb commercials that he and wonderboy Ken Busse were in, don't miss 'em.
Dear "Other Redundant:" Mark was the V.P. of IT Infrastructure, a direct report to the CIO, Ed Robben. Mark was "responsible" for the UNIX Server Administration group, Windows Server Administration group, Network and Telecom Engineering, and later, Service Desk.
In other words, his teams provided all the basic "stuff" that the rest of IT, and all the company, relied on. It will be interesting to learn why he was escorted out the door.
SO SO sorry to see him go (joining the rest of us) so Mark you thought your ass was protected, let that be news for everyone still there, y'all are next

What did he do? I/T of some sort? (Sry, I wasn't part of the I/T layoffs, just some of the other 'redundant' positions).
