Contracting out work to people that know nothing about the product leaves a pretty shitty impression of the company and the people that work for it. Stop being so cheap and hire people that know what they're doing. You're lacking in customer service step up your game otherwise start closing your books. The end is near if you continue like this. Get rid of your ego, fix your mistakes and turn this mess around.
