When you leave DST (realize they will never hire you back) and have an exit interview - name THE BAD APPLES in your group! Say something like "just between you and me, my supervisor John badmouthes DST upper management and has no real loyalty to the company". Of course HR will believe it (its human nature to error and always believe the negatives rather than positives). Then the guy will never get anywhere - if they keep him. Probably the worst thing that could happen is he stays at DST, for years, and DST just ignores him, never giving him any recognition or promotions.
