Coward Leadership?

Is it just me or did everyone else onshore notice that key Leadership "took vacation" on August 31st whe the first round of people were let go?

Yeah cowards to the core. My boss was so bad we called him ‘the squid’ because he had zero backbone!

Same thing happened to PT people Aug 2016. Leadership disappeared. Also, you will likely sign your severance forms with somebody just joining HR fresh out of undergrad business or HR school. So nobody senior will be there for that either.

Someone did bring a gun to work. Why do you think there were armed guards at all the doors? All key managers left on 31st.

I guess HR tells them not to come to work in case a disgruntled worker brings a gun or something to that effect.

They did the same thing last year during our divestment. Gutless is an understatement!
