Is it true that we may be doing a reorg in late 2015 and possibly some layoffs after that. I also heard that this may spill into 2016. I need to make some major life decisions and it really makes me very anxious even to think that GEICO may have job cuts as I recently joined and I was really looking for some stability here. My previous employer had layoffs all the time, I hope GEICO will not have layoffs that often.

Yes, it is true. I heard some groups in IT are going to be laid off like functional testing and load testing. Non-essential groups
