Some in HP have seen this a few times before, but for those of us who haven't, it's a challenge. There are a lot of "management" types that have never had another job after college and they're in their late 40s or early 50s. They're old blood, have consumed the HP koolaid and need to go. They're bean counters, not about building the business. Trust no one, keep your head down and do your job. Sounds paranoid, but it's a paranoid environment you're in. HP isn't going to look out for you, rely on yourself. Best wishes to you.
