This has been handled so poorly. This reorganization mess is a reflection of poor management and has nothing to do with whether or not the employees are engaged or high performers. Certain people ate being targeted with no explanation why. It's all who you know. The chosen will get to keep the high paying positions, or be given new opportunities and they can care less about the others. They don't care how their shortsightedness effects the lives of good hardworking people. It's not personal, it's business, right? I hope no one is there to transfer knowledge to the outsourced replacements.

it's all about upper management promises and bonuses.... a CIO that doesn't understand IT, and hires a second rate company to perform an analysis and just runs down their recommendations... interesting to see how it's playing out!
