Expect the Level 2 announcements by around 2 PM CST on Wednesday 09/30. New Managers, New Team, count down starts for the current managers to step down and their nexus with the contractors and vendors, they all need to go first. They put the Cameron down and they put the IT down.
To all of you in leadership rolls. Put distance between yourself and those individuals with knowledge and experience. This will create the leverage you need. Assuring the dependance SLB will have to keep you aboard. I successfully used this stategy in the past.
Level 2 will be 1st week of October and also the SLB final merger agreement will be wrapped up during year end itself and won't be dragged until 1st quarter. As you see other major divisions started their roll offs, IT will commence soon as CIO mentioned in her last meeting and on Friday there was a major meeting took place in CCD between CIO, 4 official directors and 3 unofficial SLB directors.
