Is it really true that Apple is laying of 5% of it's engineering work force? Because of the failure of the Apple watch, high engineering cost in the US, there is an upcoming layoff that will affect mostly the engineering sector in the US? Is there anything to this?

Sadly it is true...
Of course it's true. If some random person posts it on the internet, it has to be true. Just because that same person says that the Apple Watch is a failure, that true must be true regardless of the facts.
