I for sure agree with everyone who said it is all about numbers. The Director of career services was told by a long time manager at one of our externship sites that he did not recommend them sending any more students to his site because the doctor has become abusive, been arrested multiple times, in major debt and not paying staff and being investigated by the Texas Medical Board.... Guess what the director of career services did the very next day? You got it.... Sent 3 graduates who are single mom's to the site because the doctor himself called him and said his staff walked out and he needed 3 people immediately. Those 3 graduates have been there a month and have worked 40 plus hours a week and have not been paid, watched the doctor yell and attack his wife/office manager, close down for a day so he could get bailed out of jail etc... So the student calls the wonderful Allied health chair Ms T. warning her not to send anymore students because of the situation. What does she do? Not support those graduates. She yells at them and sticks up for the doctor and has a student arriving Monday morning to start externship. This is beyond ridiculous. They are in a dangerous situation and all the directors care about is getting credit for the hires and externship site. Fort Worth South has some useless and heartless instructors and directors. The instructors left are either liars or alcoholics and the directors are only there to make money. I am out as soon as I find another job. I hope someone wakes up and sees that Mr. B in career services has no clue what he is doing.

We have our English teacher teaching Environment Science and is all ok. No POG and is ok. Come on give us some attention too. Just because our president is BFF with Revina that doesn't mean we don't want any attention.

Please stop using my handle. Now, if you haven't noticed negative information is not communicated within Zenith. RIFs and names chosen for termination are done above campus level. In most cases the campus presidents aren't notified until 24 hours before the terminations take place. Upper management makes all the decisions in this company because they don't want any information leaked out before the actions take place. There are many more coming in the next 30 days so be prepared for more bad news.
Are there layoffs at the Fort Worth Campus? There is zero communication on our campus... So you don't realize anyone was laid off or quit until months later when you realize you have not passed them in the hallway. If you ask about something... They will usually not share any info.

Oh I am sure they got the VOE. It is a mess on our campus. And they do not have the back of anyone. They only take care of themselves. They can't even get supplies for our students to complete the necessary lab check offs because Zenith isn't paying bills! They can't even afford to feed the staff once every 3 months. They can't even afford to pay the NAHP so that our students can get their certification certificate! Oh and not to forget... They can't even pay to get the CPR cards. It is ridiculous and it will be a great day when I can give my notice and get out of this fraud.
Watching this circus called Zenith unravel and fall apart. It's quite entertaining to read all the posts written about the unethical and illegal activities that CCi was doing still being committed by Zenith.

You call Zenith a higher education system? It's nothing more than a day care center. Yeah I spent a lot of time with the students, calling them and begging them to come to class. Waking them up when they were in class. Having them cuss and threaten me because they failed a test. Reading tests to 40% of my class because they couldn't read. How much more time do you want me to spend on them? Many were so high on drugs they just sat there staring into space.

Hey Yep, I agree with you. I'm in the same position as you, less pay but a whole lot less stress and bull shit. It's nice to be appriciated for the job you do instead of always watching your back for someone wanting to stick a knife in it. Working at a place where others are more than willing to help make sure you succeed and not hoping for others to fail so they can feel secure.
261: The Dean is ATI wash out and also Revina's boy. He comes and goes as he wants to. Try to find him at school is almost impossible. He is very good with his hold report ( probably 25 students on this report). He and Raven are untouchable.... For now!
Some good people exist at Everest and WyoTech but unfortunately as a whole people don't have a backbone. Too reliant on a cushy job that pays well. Directors $50+ or more. As a whole the schools suck and months later I am glad I was laid off even if I now earn $5K less....so worth it as my integrity is worth that ten fold!
I think your Dean is an ATI Washout. Beware, the ATI culture was to keep their students pregnant by any means necessary. ( even if it meant they had to do it) This helped with number of defendants and prolonged LOA's

Good luck catching him on campus ( nickname : Hudini). Then you have your DOA who always "checking" on new students and has long "conversations" in his office with them...
