It takes little talent to work at DST. Anyone without a criminal record used to be able to get hired here before layoffs. So many people went to Sprint that DST took anyone. One manager used to speak to his plants. He actually thought they understood English language. So I guess a plant in Japan knows a different language? He wouldn't let anyone move his plants - thought it would kill them. Programmers had no industry knowledge. No idea what a stock or a bond was. And they were programming the platforms. It was a great place to work at one time.....

And who are you talking to? Who lacks the talent to work a DST? Is it the Board of Directors?
What is a board of sour grapes? I've heard of the expression "sour grapes", as in "that's just sour grapes". But what is the board? Are you talking about the Board of Directors of DST? Or is it literally a wooden board with sour grapes on it? And what does the board mean?
