I'm being offered a position in Luxembourg, and after the NYT article, I am obviously rethinking my options. Is it the same in their foreign offices? I would be an expat, so I am concerned they would treat me worse because they know I'd have to leave the country and repay the relocation fees if I quit.

I am in your position right now, i am considering seriously what to decide after reading such things.
What did you finally choose?
If you are onboard, is it that bad as what is commented in the reviews?
What about being a good performer but lower than the rest? any threat of being laid off? do you have any idea of laying off rates for simply not being as good as the others even being performing well?
Thank you
