would you rather someone who is trying to politic their way into different roles/promotions/preferred paths have their wants met or do you think statistical data on an employees performance should dictate so? (not saying that it happens like this at any FC or anything...) i've seen this tool in use by a manager by the way and i don't feel it's a bad thing.
