Why does the government keep this fraud alive? There is no reason for this thing to continue. Zenith continues to engage into illegal activities and continues to employ the CCI crooks to run this mess. The sooner the Zenith mess closes the better for all taxpayers.

Why you ask? Simple, the entire Zenith Education deal was put together by the federal government. ECMC and the DOE are partners in Zenith Education Group. Obama and the democrats were so determined to put CCi out of business and keep most of the students in school they made a deal with ECMC to take over most of the schools.

285: Blind Eye is an understatement. The president as well as the RVPO know that students without proof of graduation graduate and drop. The company still collects their money regardless.
I agree. Couple that shady thinking and doing at the corporate level with campuses turning a blind eye to behaviors and actions on the "ground level" and a perfect disaster is protected. I hate to see that so many good people are mixed up in the crap that is happening. The school is a joke and a majority (not all) of the students are being exploited for Zenith's/ECMCs gain. The amount of students behaviors that would not be tolerated at a typical school of higher ed (substance use, sexual harassment, ect) are allowed to happen because good forbid we lose another student.....
Soon enough they will not have any students left. I wonder what Hawn and his CCI crooks will do then.
Zenith is a perfect money machine for ECMC. Zenith enrolls students and collects Title IV funds from the Federal Government. When those same students default on their student loan payments ECMC gets paid by the Federal Government to collect those loans. ECMC gets paid twice by the government for the same student. What a perfect business plan! It is in ECMC's best interest to target and enroll the same type of student that CCi did, those that will default on their loans. Going back to when CCi had their highest student population, Stigshit was the person in charge of admissions and was responsible for who the recruiters enrolled. Who better than Mikey Stigshit and his band of crooks to try and get enrollment up? He is the master at enrolling illiterate students that haven't a chance of landing a good paying job and will default on their loans. The problem CCi and now Zenith has run into is Obama's welfare state. Those who used to enroll in schools like Everest thinking they could improve their life are now finding it much easier to stay at home and collect the free Obama checks and hand outs. Even the bottom of the barrel runs out sometime.
