This got me to rethink my career and about big companies in general. Fortunately, i have only been at the Q for 2 years, so I think it's safe to assume that I don't have the stench of a bit flipper attached to my resume yet. The work is divided up so finely that you really limit the scope of your involvement. If something should happen to your position, it'll be a lot harder to find a match elsewhere. Regardless of what happens this week, I will GTFO

You are absolutely right, that's why many young engineers leaves within 3 years...lot of folks got into this trap because company pays well, and till now company seemed very stable and fast growing so no one worried about job security..
