Can't wait until the firings after Noble sees the piss ant antics, immaturity and debachery that some people use

Those people ("piss ant antics, immaturity and debauchery") are still employed at Noble. You are going to be disappointed by Noble. It is a company by and for the managers. Will will get no stock options as a rank and file employee. Those are reserved for managers. Then when things go wrong, like they have for Noble for the past couple years, you, as a rank and file employee will be laid off by this poor excuse of a company. Mind you, the mangers ran this company into the ditch.... but they will keep their jobs and you will be gone. They are all-star "talkers" but don't deliver on any of it. You will get a bare-bones severance package. Probably the least generous severance package by any oil and gas company. Best of luck. The good news is, if you are a competent hard working professional, getting laid-off by Noble Energy, is in the long run, the best thing that will happen to your career. You will find a much better place to work. Good luck Rosetta employees!
