We can now have more startups and incubation to an otherwise stagnant job market in SD. QC has been way too dominant of an employer for tech people in SD. And it's unhealthy for tech workers to only have one major employer in town. So, with churn, it seems like other tech companies are growing, which is good. We need more of this.
