I immensely benefited wisdom he shares with all of us. but I am worried that he may be laid off due to too much non-work related emails during work hours. I hope he stays as his investment and home repair advice are pretty good...

...even mollenkopf is not immune. He can be fired by board if he does not perform well ( i.e. does not kiss there ass)...

I second that he should kept...his contribution in our good old days is what made this company this successful. I would be very sorry if he let go.very nice person.
Company should give him some honorary title ( like QFELLOW or something ) to keep him around for historical purposes.We need him around,he earned his place in this company and he is also widely popular across the company due his helpful email..
