AZ and AY are being heavily invensted upon. Huge amounts of money being spent for beautification and gardening! maybe those buildings alone justify layoff of ~100 eamployees each ironically

it was already budgeted for and contracted out much before shit hit the fan@Q... that time we are overly short of space and some teams were operating out of trailers..
