If those 810 rumors weren't "rubbish" it could've been worse!
My thoughts exactly, why did the expect to never lose a socket? The fake snapdragon was destined to fail, no custom core meant no differentiation when others have caught up on the modem side
Flip side is mobile is dead, margin on chips is nothing like it used to be, qcom should gtfo and go to modem, iot, cloud
