Most of the time Stigshit talks about himself and how great he is. How lucky we are that he is our captain and steering the ship. The rest of the time he tells us how great the students are and how he was once just like them. I once told him that I too was once like our students, then I learned to read, write and do math. He didn't like that very much.
He held a group of our students "hostage"( the students words for it) in a "focus" group and the next day they were all asking who that dumbass was and why was he fronting that he act like he knew the school and them. They were pissed off because he wouldn't shut his mouth and let them go home lol.
