Basically if your last review =< 3, worry, if last 2 reviews, worry more.

I have the shittiest work ethic and still get 5+. I even got a 7 last review. It seems the less work I do, the better I am ranked. I feel like I'm living in a Dilbertesque parallel universe.

If you get a 1-3 you must either be a giant turd to work with or are clinically retarded. Or both.

And if you get a 1-3 it is probably writing on the wall that you need to GTFO... seriously, why even bother if your coworkers are obstacles and are not enabling you?

116441 & Others: How many people did this happen to? Were there specific patterns among the target employees--aside from office politics?

And you know this because MR and SM double teamed your wife and came on her face and asshole and then told her this secret. Thanks to your wife for taking one (or two) for the team. (:

I got a f***ing 1. Can you believe that shit? Worked my ass off too. My manager only met me twice, so this couldn't have been because of him. I had a territorial coworker who is relaying information to him. Oddly enough for the review My coworker was on LOA the entire time. So to make a long story short it does happen. As soon as this individual came back, my reviews became poor, my projects were taken away, and I was excluded from meetings. So if this is happened to anyone else, you're not the Lone Ranger

No way there are people with 3/2 number on 7P scale. Are there?
