It is happening for sure, the numbers been mandated on all subdivisions and it is in the 5k+ range ... So what .. only the low performers are targeted as well as projects that for the past 2 years + never yielded any income or potential income .. any sane company would do that it is not charity

No one is low performer. At least no one will admit that.... We are all just a number to Q, big or small, when it comes to cut its about how close you are to who decide the list...
