Unfortunately you were merged into a piss poor company. Poorly managed, underachieving in just about every measurable area. Maybe you were excited about his when first announced... you will soon realize that Noble is a lousy company. If you are a senior employee you most likely will be laid off by these clowns. They do not value experience or hard work. However, if you learn to kiss ass your incompetent 30 year old team lead you will be fine. Yes he/she has nowhere near the experience or knowledge that you do... but it's the Noble way.

Make sure you don't hurt the feelings of your moody, insolent, incompetent, 30 year old team lead. Because if you do you will be laid-off next go around. Especially if you are a senior employee. They are looking for excuses to get rid of higher salaries. There is no strike three at Noble for senior employees... you are OUT at strike one! My advice is to "suck-up" as best you can. It will make you sick but it is the only way at Noble.

All I have to say is each and every employee that is hard working and values a good job needs to run and run fast and far from Noble. The worst management in the history of this company. The founding Noble family would be crushed to see what has come of their once family run, caring for their employees company. RUN RUN RUN

The noble employees have not seen anything yet. Just wait until the ROSE employees move in, a new lower level of incompetence to come
