Walk past the lobby and proudly ignore the S&M treats, you are not his trained dog. Ignore the public address system begging you to get your cupcake when HR start to realize they are going to end up eating cupcakes for weeks .... Be prepare to help the a$$ kissers choking on cupcakes frantically pointing to their troats. Have sympathy for them and show them your humanity .... don't eat the cupcake. .. don't eat the cupcake....

Not eating the cupcakes is an excellent way to sent a strong message to S&M. Of course you are not going to attend the all hands meeting and boo the guy.
